Meseta is an authentic sheep's milk cheese deeply rooted in the Spanish tradition of the region known as Meseta Central. This recipe is said to date back as far as the Bronze Age, when cheese was made from a mix of milks from different breeds of sheep. The perfect balance between the milks gives this excellent cheese a unique, intense and aromatic flavor, acquiring a more intense character as thecheese matures. Meseta cheese aged 4 months has a buttery texture anddelicate taste.
