Silicone mold designed to make refined single-serving desserts! Perfect to be used in the oven or in the blast chiller for the preparation of sweet or savory creations, it resists to temperatures going from Between -60°C (-76°F) to + 230°C (+446°F) range. Each cavity of the mold is provided with a special border that allows to obtain rounded individual portions. It can be matched with the mold SF164 GLOBE for a successful combination of inserts.
