Montpak Ground Lamb, 2.5 kg -- 6 per case

Ground (lamb. 2x2.5Kg) - Prepared from 85% lean carcasses trimmings (no shank meat). Tendon, cartilage, dried blood and excess fat is removed. After being released by the quality assurance (QA) following the results from E.coli test, the mixed amounts of trimmings are mixed according to specific recipes approved by the Quality Control. The trimmings are mixed and chopped (2 times) before packaging. The ground recipe is balanced to 2,5kg right out of the second chopper for packaging.
