Organic virgin sunflower oil, a pretty pale yellow, first seduces with its gourmet nose reminiscent of raw sunflower seeds and the vegetal side of the shoots. Cold pressed in our Quebec factory from organic oleic seeds, it reveals a delicate taste that naturally pairs with a variety of dishes: arugula, endives, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, white fish, legumes, granola, stone fruits and even chocolate. Rich in omega-9 and non-inflammatory, this versatile and affordable oil is a very interesting alternative to olive oil  !
