Tart ring of 3'' DIA by Silikomart Professional includes: six (6) rings made of thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking. Microperforated rings are non-stick and stainless. Allow an homogeneous baking and they own a high thermal stability, realizing a traditionally impeccable pie! These rings were developed to make 2.7" pie diameter. Microperforated ring baking suitable up to 356°F (180°C). Silikomart products are characterized by extreme versatility. Suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too.
