Nothing but pure, Extra Fancy Grade organic oregano leaf (Origanum onites), cut and sifted. No GMOs. No ETO (considered carcinogenic by the EPA). Not irradiated. Certified Organic by QAI. Kosher Certified by KSA. Robust herb, strongly and complexly aromatic. Earthy taste with pungent herbal overtones. This is real oregano flavour.
