Professional range knives with anti-slip handles: made of PP core connected to stainless steel, and coated with thick layer of softer SEBS. Both molded together plus a grey layer added for anti-slip properties. Tecna knife blades are manufactured with special NITRO-B stainless steel and Nitrogen (1.4916)*. All materials are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to high and low temperatures.
