Crafted to enhance flavour, it adds a punchy tang to desserts like key lime pie or to cocktails with lime juice. It is also ideal for adding vibrancy in flavour and colour to savoury recipes. A bold flavour, it completes our zest family with Orange Zest and Lemon Zest.
