This 250 g format with 24 units per case is ideal for hospitals, care facilities, and institutional kitchens. Easy to heat and portion, it helps streamline meal service while ensuring consistent servings and minimal preparation time. Trepuree's varied dishes, which delight the eye and give off a delicious aroma, offer a safe and enjoyable gastronomic experience for those who have difficulty swallowing.

Simply temper, reheat and serve. Each 250g portion is portion-controlled for protein, vegetables and starch.

Once defrosted, the product has a shelf life of 2 days. Do not refreeze. Write the storage date on the label.

Thaw sealed Trepuree® meals at 4°C (40°F) or less for 24 to 48 hours. Ensure the internal temperature of each strip reaches at least 74°C (165°F). OVEN: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the sealed container on a baking sheet. Heat for 45 to 50 minutes (for CONVENTIONAL). Heat for 35 to 45 minutes (for CONVECTIONAL). MICROWAVE: Do not remove the film. Microwave sealed Trepuree® meals until the minimum internal temperature indicated above is reached for all strips. Note that cooking time depends on the power of the microwave appliance, so the user should test on their own microwave.
