La Quebequita Corn Tortilla, 40 count - 6 per case

Of all the tortillas found in Quebec, none are made using the authentic process of transforming corn into a dough and then into a tortilla. This method has been replaced by industrial production, since using hydrated corn flour makes manufacturing faster and more profitable. Unfortunately, this results in a lower-quality tortilla. With this goal of offering the best tortilla, we select the best corn kernels and perform nixtamalization on them as has been done in Mexico since pre-Hispanic times.
