Preparation instruction: Before opening bag tap to loosen contents if necessary. DO NOT DEFROST. Bring water to a rapid boil (salt optional) 3-4 gallons per 5 lb. bag. Place tortellini into briskly boiling water and quickly stir making sure water boils throughout cooking time. Cook 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness stirring frequently. Drain well and serve with your favorite sauce.
