These fillets can be served in dinner platters and various other entrees, and are an ideal buy for restaurants, cafes, diners, and hotels. Each bulk case comes with 10 pounds of High Liner Foods tilapia fillets.
5-6 oz Pecan Crunch Tilapia Fillets
Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: COOK FROM FROZEN STATE.
TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF165°F
MINIMUM.
