The Lamb Weston Crispy Cubes Select Spice Recipe are lightly seasoned, and battered diced potatoes that can be baked, grilled, or fried. These versatile and easy-to-prepare cubes stay hot and crunchy on a steam table, and have a zesty flavor. With no trans fat, and cholesterol, these are a healthy snack option. Coated with a special batter of spices and seasonings. Bake, fry, or grill. Great for hash browns and buffets, just enough spice.
 
Preparation instruction: Deep Fry @ 345-350ºF for 3-3/4 - 4-1/4 minutes; Convection Oven @ 400ºF for 10 - 12 minutes; Conventinoal Oven @ 400ºF for 22 - 27 minutes; Grill or Skillet @ medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes
