The Lamb Weston Crispy Cubes Original Recipe are lightly seasoned, and battered diced potatoes that can be baked, grilled, or fried. These versatile and easy-to-prepare cubes stay hot and crunchy on a steam table, and can be served as hash browns. With no trans fat, and cholesterol, these are a healthy snack option. This bulk pack will be a great buy for school cafeterias, birthday parties, and restaurants.

Coated with a special batter of spices and seasonings. Bake, fry, or grill. Great for hash browns and buffets, just enough spice.
 
Preparation instruction: Deep fry from frozen at 345ºF - 350ºF for 3 3/4 - 4 minutes. Deep fry from frozen state. Fill basket 1/2 full; Convection Oven: Bake at 400ºF for 10 -12 minutes. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400ºF for 22 - 27 minutes. Grill or Skillet @ 375ºF for 8 - 10 minutes. Grill from frozen state. Flip product midway through cook time.
