Our White Cheese Sauce is crafted as a bechamel-style base that blends perfectly with flavor concentrates, wine or other pantry items to embellish or customize for a signature dish. Use for pasta, au gratin potatoes, artichoke chicken, turkey casserole or pot pies. Pouch packaging helps reduce food waste and improve foodservice operational efficiency.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS . Rethermalizer: Place pouch in boiling water; rotate several times during cooking. Carefully remove using tongs. If Frozen 0�F Cook 27-30 minutes; If Thawed 40�F or Less Cook 14-15 minutes. Low Pressure Steamer 5-7lb PSI: Place pouch on a perforated steamtable pan. Carefully remove using tongs. If Frozen 0�F Cook 27-30 minutes; If Thawed 40� or Less Cook 14-15 minutes. Microwave Oven (1100 watts): Pour 8 oz of thawed product into a microwave-safe container; cover loosely. Stir during cooking. If Thawed, cook 8 oz on High Power 1�-2 minutes.
