Pioneer Brown Gravy Mix
Preparation instruction: Bring 3 quarts of water to a full rolling boil. In a separate container, whisk 1 bag gravy mix into 1 quart cool water until lump free. Whisk cool water/gravy mixture into boiling water and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 165°F or higher. Yield: 136 fl. oz.
