Locals and travelers fell in love with the delicate and unique pastry,the word spread, and soon she had to hire help to cope with the demand. A story of female entrepreneurship well before people thought it was aconcept worth talking about. Today, our Tortas are still made following Ines Rosales. original recipe and our products are still made following artisanal methods.
