The filling is prepared from pork, water chestnuts, egg whites and water, which are seasoned and mixed together. The wrapper is prepared from enriched wheat flour, water, wheat gluten and salt, and cut into segments, which are stuffed and wrapped, forming the won ton shape. The won ton noodles are cooked in boiling water and cooled. The chicken broth is mixed with water and seasoning and cook until boiling.
