Originating in Indonesia, tempeh is a fermented vegetable protein, usually made from soybeans. The Buffalo Tempeh dumpling contains yellow pea and sunflower tempeh, resulting in a milder, sweeter taste, accompanied by carrots, celery, and a smoked and dried cayenne pepper sauce. This vegan dumpling is spicy, sweet and smoky all at once.
