Riviera Bloc de fromage suisse, 2,25 kg – 2 par caisse

This is an ivory-yellow cheese, rindless, with a fairly supple, glossy paste. It features large, round eyes distributed throughout. It is made from pasteurized milk and bacterial cultures. On the palate, it has a light, subtly sweet, nutty, and fruity flavor. Excellent in sandwiches, on a cheese board, in gratins, and in fondues.
